In recent years, the influencer industry on social media has boomed more than ever. No longer does anyone have to wait for Fashion Month or the next issues of fashion magazines to come out to get their next style inspiration. Just a quick scroll through the ‘Gram and weeks worth of style content will pop up immediately.
It’s not an easy market to break into either. At a glance, it may look less like a professional career and more like a side hobby. But, building an audience, representing yourself as a brand and inspiring others through a sense of style is a lot more challenging than it looks. Fortunately, there are plenty of influencers that thrive in what they do and give users all the style inspiration they need. To take a look at just who these influencers are, Making It In Manhattan decided to compile a list of fashion influencers on the rise that are absolutely worth the follow on Instagram.
